We offer a walk-in service and available to the public Monday through Thursday, open at 10:00 a.m. and accepting our last check-in at 4:00 p.m.
We charge a non-refundable service fee of $40.00 to review the details of your request and determine the appropriate assistance for your document and procedural guidance needs. If the customer proceeds with the service within 30 days of the review, the $40.00 fee will be credited toward the total service cost. All fees must be paid in full prior to any assistance or preparation of original document(s) or forms. This fee applies to original documents only, and copies may incur an additional charge of $0.25 per page.
Please note that court costs, filing fees, recording fees, state fees, process server fees, news advertisement fees, courier fees, mailing fees, copy costs, and other related expenses are not included unless specifically stated. Major revisions may result in additional charges of up to the full original service fee.
