Our History

EXPRESS L C L SERVICES INC., proudly known as EXPRESS NONLAWYER was founded in 1987 as EXPRESS LEGAL SERVICES, INC., and our journey has been nothing short of remarkable. Under the incredible leadership of Candice L. Miravalle, better known as "Candy," we thrived for over 27 years until her retirement in May 2014, at which time after Christina Rose having worked with Candy for nearly 7 years stepped in as owner/operator on June 1, 2014, until present.  

We at Express NonLawyer are proud to serve the general public, work with attorneys, various lenders, title and escrow companies and many others. Since our establishment in 1987 we continue to be Brevard County, Florida's oldest non-lawyer document preparation service, having the honor of continuing to efficiently assist tens of thousands of people all over the world for nearly 40 years with various document preparation needs, which has provided us extensive knowledge of the court system and allowing us the privilege of assisting you.

Many of those we assist are well appreciated repeat customers!​It’s important to have all the required forms prepared correctly and submitted on time.  At Express NonLawyer you can be sure all forms are filled out correctly, fully and include everything required with prompt follow up if necessary. We provide notarization services and prepare all types of legal forms for many situations including but not limited to Summary Administration Probate, Divorce, Child Support, Paternity, Evictions, Deeds, Durable Power of Attorney, Wills, and much more.​​​​

A note from the owner: My name is Christina, and my staff and I are not attorneys and we cannot give legal advice. I am an ongoing legal studies student at University of Central Florida pursuing a B.A. in Legal Studies, Psychology Minor and a certificate in technical writing, having had to withdraw my standing in the Fast Track Barry Law School program so that I may own and operate this much needed service in the community.  I have hands on experience with the matters we assist with for over 20 years, a current member of our staff has been with us for nearly 30 years, and I am confident that my staff and I can assist you with the correct and timely document preparation and procedural guidance for many of your personal needs while minimizing your costs as we have done for so many others!
